David Manting, Founder of OSG, has been at

consulting for more than 20 years. He brings

From 10 years as a minister in urban and suburban churches from Michigan to New Jersey, to Texas, and through more than 20 years as Executive Consultant, Vice President, Senior Vice President and management team member with the leading church stewardship company in North America, David has demonstrated across the country, a knowledge and heart for creating and communicating vision, motivating people, teaching skills, and formulating strategies that work. He has personally provided leadership in over 100 capital campaigns raising in excess of 300 million dollars. His success flows from skillfully leading hundreds and hundreds of people in evaluating potential, case building, marketing the project, training, and building long term accountability.

David's expertise and commitment to excellence are immeasurable to any organization seeking to grow and expand its mission and influence.

David holds a Bachelor's degree from Grand Valley State University (MI), and a Masters of Divinity from Western Theological Seminary (MI), and has completed additional professional training.
